Within the DfE SEND and AP Improvement Plan and the Change Programme, SI colleagues and DfE officials have been discussing the recruitment of the specialist workforce. 

The DfE have challenged the sector to give them more evidence about recruiting qualified teachers of sensory impairment.  Your answers will be very helpful and important to complete the picture - hence this survey.
